East Hartford Public Schools utilizes an online system called rSchoolToday for room/facilities requests and reservations. This system is used for internal EHPS requests and external requests from the East Hartford community.
Requests made through the rSchoolToday system will automatically be routed to the proper parties for approval and next steps. If you are new the system, you’ll first need to register to "Become a Requester.” Click the link below to get started.
