The Thrive Afterschool Program supports nearly 500 East Hartford Public School students in pre-kindergarten through grade 5. Providing programming at 10 school sites four days a week, students receive individualized academic support and engage in enrichment opportunities in a safe and welcoming environment.
Enrollment for Thrive Summer Camps will open April 7, 2025 at 9am with the first round of emails coming May 5, 2025.
We enroll students on a first come, first served basis. On April 7, 2025 please login to PowerSchool –> Click on “Forms” –> Complete “Thrive Summer Registration Form” for each of your students. Form completion does not mean your student is enrolled. You will receive a confirmation or waitlist email beginning May 5th.
Our K-5 Summer Camp will be held at Langford Elementary School from July 1-August 1, 2025 from 12:30-4pm Monday through Friday.
Our Pre-k Summer Camp will be held at ECLC Hockanum from July 1-August 1, 2025 from 8:30am-2pm Monday-Friday
The program will charge $25 a week totaling $125 for the entire month. There is no sibling discount in the summer.
