East Hartford Public Schools and our community partners welcomed thousands of students and families to our Back to School Rally on August 17 at the East Hartford Town Green. Around 1,700 students left the event with a backpack filled with school supplies to be ready for the start of the school year. Families also left knowing more about the resources and supports available to them here in town and beyond.
The event is organized annually by the EHPS Office of Equity, Partnerships and Achievement. They work to organize volunteers, donations and community resource vendors to make the event possible.
