East Hartford Public Schools

The East Hartford Board of Education invites members of the school and broader community to participate in the search process for a new Superintendent of Schools.

Mary Broderick, Jack Reynolds, and George Coleman, consultants working with the East Hartford Superintendent Search Committee, will conduct a series of focus groups in early December both in-person and via Zoom. The purpose is to gauge the community’s perspectives on the qualities, experiences, and characteristics desired in a new superintendent. Feedback from the focus groups and survey will be incorporated into a leadership profile that will guide the East Hartford Search Committee in identifying high-quality candidates who best fit the needs of the East Hartford Public Schools.

We encourage students, teachers, administrators, other staff, parents, town officials, and community members to participate.
