Honoring BOE Chairman Bryan Hall
After 12 years on the East Hartford Board of Education, including six years as chair, Chairman Bryan Hall has presided over his last meeting.
At the meeting on October 18, Chairman Hall said farewell to his fellow board members. They had their opportunity to express their thanks to him in a video played during a special ceremony honoring his accomplishments and legacy.
Also during the ceremony, State Representatives Henry Genga, Jason Rojas and Jeff Currey gave Chairman Hall an official citation from the Connecticut General Assembly recognizing his service to the students and families in East Hartford.
Mayor Marcia Leclerc, thanking Bryan Hall for his dedication to the community, gave him a key to the town.
