East Hartford Public Schools (EHPS) are pleased to introduce a new district-wide system for requesting and reserving facilities. This new online reservation request system will be ready for full implementation this September and will replace all old systems and processes for building reservations and rentals.
The system called rSchoolToday is an automated, paperless platform. Requests made through the online system will automatically be routed to the proper parties for approval and next steps. As a requestor, you will be notified if the request is approved. The system will also automatically notify other departments whose services might be needed for your request such as the custodial team.
rSchoolToday will be used for both internal EHPS requests and requests from the greater East Hartford community.
