The Special Education department is committed to providing academic, behavioral and emotional support services for students who qualify for Special Education services under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act. We provide a wide continuum of resources to meet the needs of our students. Most services are provided within the general education classrooms through our inclusion model. Some students require significantly modified instruction. These students attend courses offered by our Special Education Teachers. These courses meet all school and state academic requirements for graduation, fulfill the IEP goals and objectives, and are based upon academic curriculum standards.
