90-DAY ATTENDANCE DATA

As we reach the 90-day mark of school it is important to the team that we update you on our progress related to tardies and absences.  Please review our 90-Day Attendance Data Report that further illustrates building-wide attendance numbers.  Our team has analyzed this information and has committed to the following items as we move into the second semester:

  • Continue to align data systems & interventions
  • Share data systems & progress with staff
  • “Dig Deeper” into individual student trends
  • Work with district attendance task force to inform and change practices
  • Increase intervention efforts with outside agencies
  • Continue to communicate and celebrate student attendance

LOSS OF CREDIT

 

All house teams have generated and distributed “Loss of Credit” letters to families.  Please note this may result in an increased sense of urgency regarding absences for our students and families.  If you do encounter any questions or concerns, free to answer any applicable questions for students or encourage them to speak with his/her house office.  Thank you in advance for reviewing our credit loss policy in your classes.   

CELEBRATING ALL IN, EVERYDAY

Each month, the attendance team will designate one student (per grade level) for Most Improved Attendance and Perfect Attendance.  Please congratulate these students as you see them recognized for their commitment to being in school, every day!
