Team Odyssey

about the team:

Team Odyssey consists of freshman students taking College Prep level classes, Honors level classes, or a mixture of the two. The teachers work together to teach not only the content areas but also study skills, strategies for success and proper behavior and use of technology. We use a variety of teaching methods to reach all learning styles and we offer support as needed when students struggle. Our goal is for every Team Odyssey student to earn all five of the necessary credits to become a sophomore and to have each student achieve at their highest level.

What's New on Team Odyssey?

Greetings from the Team Odyssey faculty!
October 5 is Progress Report day-your child should bring home the progress report that they received in their Period A class. The first quarter ends on November 3 and so students have one month to maintain or improve their grades.
The Team Odyssey teachers are very pleased so far with the efforts put forth by most of our students. We would like to see more students staying after school for help or to do their homework! We stay after Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Please encourage your child to stay after with us.
Please remind your student that the uniform policy must be followed. Non-uniform hoodies, sweatshirts, jackets, hats etc. must NOT be worn or carried! They must be put away in the student’s locker or bag by 7:25.
We hope that you’ve been able to access PowerSchool to monitor your child’s progress. If you have questions about using the app, please contact our Guidance department at 860-622-5214.
As always, should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to email us or to call the school and leave a message. We want to continue to work with you to ensure your child’s success.
