The work of the Instructional Data Team (IDT) is instrumental in advising Synergy's School Data Team (SDT) that reports to our District Data Team (DDT). At all levels, these teams are crucial to ensuring our teachers, school, and district are sticking to our comprehensive plans. In essence, what the teams aim to do is answer three questions:
1. What are students learning/failing to learn?
2. How do teachers/support staff know this?
3. What impact does this have on future planning?
On select Tuesdays, three teams gather to discuss student progress in one of these key areas:
--Academic Performance (grades)
--Intentional Instructional Planning Data (including lesson plan data related to the planning for active learning rubric, school-wide non-negotiables, etc.)
--Positive Behavioral Interventions and Support (PBIS) Data -- including positive phone call, dragon dollar, and core belief data
--School Connectedness Data
