Previously, Ms. Dubay served for six years as School Readiness Coordinator, leading initiatives across community-based preschool programs and eight elementary schools. She began her career as a classroom and special education teacher in grades K, 2, 3, and 5, including 10 years teaching kindergarten where she developed her passion for closing the school readiness gap.
