East Hartford Public Schools is determined to create a healthy environment for our students and
staff. With collaboration from the entire school environment, we can influence our students and
community to make healthy and positive choices regarding physical activity and nutrition.
As part of the EHPS Wellness Policy, the district maintains a Whole Child - Health and Wellness Team that meets periodically throughout the year to address nutrition and physical activity issues.
