Pediatric Vaccine Clinic for Children Ages 5-11
InterCommunity Health Care is partnering with East Hartford Public Schools and the East Hartford Health Department to offer a pediatric vaccine clinic for children ages 5-11.
The one-day clinic is on November 20, 2021 from 9:00am – 1:00pm at InterCommunity Health Care at 281 Main Street in East Hartford. Call 860-569-5900 to register and schedule an appointment.
You may also register unvaccinated siblings and family members who wish to get their vaccine.
Everyone who receives the vaccine at this clinic will be automatically entered into a raffle for a chance to win one of three (3) $100 Visa gift cards.
