To deliver a high quality learning experience for every child, every day.

Message From Ed Orszulak, phd.

Dear Norris Families,

Thank you for your support in making this a fantastic School Opening!  Over the past few weeks our children have been focused on all the wonderfaul instructional activities in their class and throughout the school.  To date we have already had a visiti from the World Famous American Bald Eagle "Challenger"!  Challenger and Mr. Lou Cecere came to our school recently from "Dollywood" in Tennesee.  We are very thankful to Pratt and Whitney who sponsored this event!  The children saw firsthand the majesty of our National bird as she flew over their heads in our Gymnasium!

We will be having more exciting events soon.  In fact, some of you will be notified shortly about our "Student of the Month" Recognition program on September 25th.  If your child is chosen by a teacher as a "Student of the Month" Nominee ...we will contact you with all the arrangements. Celebrating success is one of the happiest things I do here at Norris.  And as we move through this school year, I truly appreciate the support you all provide to all of our terrific student

IAs we move into the cool, brisk days of Autumn I have a few reminders for your consideration...

1.  Please drop your child off in the morning and let them navigate their way to breakfast or to class.  This fosters independence, and also allows me to control adult access to the building.

2.  If you would like to meet with your child's teacher, please make arrangements through our secretary and she will help you determine a mutually available time to meet.

3.  Please make sure we have accurate and updated contact information. As things change throughout the year, keeping your child's contact information updated is extrememly appreciated!

Thank most sincerely for all that you do to support our efforts here at school.  As aways, please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions ...anytime!
