Welcome to Woodland School’s web site. We are so excited to have our own web page. Please feel free to browse on the site frequently. You will see some wonderful displays of student work and accomplishments.

Woodland is a small, nurturing environment where children receive constant encouragement to succeed educationally and behaviorally.

We educate students from Kindergarten to Grade 12. Students can stay as long as they need to become successful in their home school.

While a student attends Woodland, we encourage students to participate in their home school activities. Some of our Woodland teachers are coaches at East Hartford High School and Middle School. This assists our students in this goal.

At Woodland we treat the students and staff like they are in an educational family. We encourage students to make good choices. We have wonderful ways to encourage appropriate behaviors. We have "Student of the Week" awards, and swimming on Thursdays, to name a few.
