Enrollment Package

A SEPARATE ENROLLMENT PACKAGE
IS NECESSARY FOR EACH STUDENT

Registration can be completed the following ways: 

1. Visit or pick up enrollment package from East Hartford Board of Education, Central Registration Office located at 1110 Main Street, East Hartford, CT 06108.  The Central Registration office is open 12 months a year.
2. The following forms need to be completed, printed, and brought to the Central Registration Office located at 1110 Main Street, East Hartford, CT 06108: (all forms are in PDF Format with the exception of the Bilingual Enrollment Form)

When completing the Bilingual Enrollment form please follow these instructions:

Items highlighted in blue are for office use only.  Enter student/parent information in the Gray/shadowed boxes on the enrollment form.  When completed, print and bring with necessary documentation (see Registration Checklist) to Central Registration located at 1110 Main Street, East Hartford, CT 06108.
