Welcome to the East Hartford Public Schools Willowbrook Early Childhood Education Center. Willowbrook is home to several programs that cater to young children and their families. We are proud of our Head Start, School Readiness, Birth to Three, and Preschool Special Education Programs. We enjoy a special collaboration with the Family Resource Centers located at other East Hartford facilities.
