The visual arts program at Sunset Ridge enables students to create artwork that connects to their content areas of learning while also addressing the state and national arts standards. Students are able to demonstrate their creativity through a variety of units and projects throughout the year. They also learn how to analyze and respond to a variety of art forms from many cultures both present and past. Art instruction is provided by certified visual arts teachers every three days for 45 minutes.
